  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
